Each bridal gown and evening gown created at OT Haute Couture is designed, cut, and hand-finished specifically for the client who ordered it. Your gown is not a stock piece — it is a singular garment built to your exact measurements, your chosen fabrics, and your personal vision, refined through multiple fittings in our atelier.
Because of the deeply personal and irreversible nature of custom couture, all custom orders are governed by the following terms. By placing a custom order and paying your deposit, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms in full.
Here is what happens from the moment you place your order — and why our policy is what it is:
We discuss your vision, measurements, fabrics, and silhouette. Your deposit is collected and your order officially begins.
Our team prepares sketches, selects fabrics, and presents your full design proposal. Materials are sourced specifically for you.
Your gown is cut, constructed, and fitted to your form — typically two to three fittings over 8 to 16 weeks.
Your completed gown is pressed, steamed, and presented to you in full. You leave our atelier ready for your moment.
By Step III, your gown exists. Fabric has been cut. Dozens of hours of skilled labor have been invested. It cannot be restocked, reassigned, or resold. This is the nature of true couture.
A 50% non-refundable deposit is required at the time of order to secure your appointment, reserve our atelier's time, and begin procurement of your fabrics and materials. The remaining balance is due upon final fitting or delivery, as agreed at the time of order.
This deposit is non-refundable under all circumstances. It covers your consultation, design planning, fabric sourcing, and the reservation of your production window. Even if you request a cancellation before construction has begun, the deposit will not be returned.
"Made for you" means made for no one else. All custom bridal gowns and evening gowns are final sale. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refund requests on any custom order, for any reason, at any stage of the process.
A bespoke gown is not a product — it is a collaboration between you and our atelier. By the time your garment is complete, it reflects:
This garment was never available to another client. It cannot be returned to stock or resold. All sales are final.
If you choose to cancel your order after it has been placed:
We understand that circumstances can change, and we approach every situation with care. However, we are unable to make exceptions to this policy. If you have concerns before committing to a custom order, we encourage you to raise them during your consultation — before your deposit is placed.
Minor refinements are addressed through your fitting appointments. Significant design changes requested after fabric has been cut may incur additional charges and do not affect the final sale nature of the order. All agreed-upon changes must be confirmed in writing.
Your gown is constructed to the measurements provided at consultation and refined through your fittings. Minor post-delivery alterations may be available through our alterations service and will be quoted separately. All alteration services are non-refundable once work has commenced.
Ready-to-wear pieces purchased through our boutique or online shop are final sale. We do not accept returns for any reason.
Exchanges for a different size or style may be considered within 7 days of purchase, provided the item is unworn and unaltered, with all original tags attached and proof of purchase. Exchanges are offered at our discretion and subject to availability.
All alteration services are non-refundable once work has begun. By approving alterations, you confirm acceptance of the agreed scope and cost.
